Pressure Washing

Depending on the surface being water blasted will determine the technique to be used. We often use a low-pressure softwash technique for surfaces such as stucco or soft wood siding. For cleaning mold and mildew that shows up as black streaks on the roof will most often use a low to medium pressure in conjunction with a highly specialized bio-friendly roof cleaning chemical treatment. High Pressure Washing will typically be used for very hard surfaces such as concrete, stone, cement, pebblestone walkways, pool decks, and driveways. For grease, gum, adheasives, and other tacky, sticky, or oily substances a combination of hot water, chemical treatment, and any of the above pressure treatments will be used.
